Santiago HomeStaff began with a very personal purpose: creating an exceptional care environment for an aging mother.We provide 24/7, one-on-one care in a private home setting. Our model is intentionally small, built around a close-knit team of three caregivers who provide consistency, familiarity, and highly individualized support.This is intentionally different from a traditional facility or high-volume home-care model. Our caregivers are able to truly know the person they are supporting, understand her routines and preferences, and provide thoughtful, individualized care as part of a consistent team.Because our team is small and the level of trust is high, we place particular importance on integrity, sound judgment, common sense, flexibility, reliability, professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail. Clear communication, accountability, and the ability to handle day-to-day situations thoughtfully and respnsibly are essential to being successful on our team.

This is not a traditional facility of high-volume home-care setting. Team members work within one private residence and are able to become familiar with the household, routine and the individual receiving care.Our team members have the opportunity to provide consistent, personalized care without traveling between multiple clients or working in a high-vlume facility environment. The result is a more stable and familiar setting for both the individual receiving care and the professionals who support the household.

Living and Working Here

Select caregiver positions include private fully furnished on-site living accommodations. Santiago HomeStaff maintains three separate residential accommodations for household staff, along with shared outdoor and common areas.Each residence provides a comfortable, private living space with a full kitchen, living area, bedroom and bathroom - offering the convenience of living where you work while maintaining you own personal space.

Stocked Household Pantry

Residential staff have access to our 10"x20" on-site household panty, stocked with a variety of groceries and everyday household essentials at no cost to employees. Available items generally include pantry staples, canned and packaged foods, breakfast items, frozen meats and vegetables, refrigerated basics, paper products, cleaning supplies, and laundry products.

Our residential caregiver positions are structured to reduce many of the everyday expenses associated with housing, utilities, and food while providing stable employment and predictable scheduling. Benefits vary by position.

We are currently accepting applications for the following caregiver positions:

Live-In Caregiver - Sunday Shift & Household Shopping / Inventory Lead (24 hrs/week)

This position combines a 12-hour Sunday shift with two additional 6-hour weekday shifts focused on household support, inventory, grocery shopping, and related care needs. The additional shifts are scheduled from 10am-4pm on either M/Th, T/Fri, or Wed/Sat.The role is ideal for someone seeking a consistent, long-term position that combines hands-on caregiving with responsibility for helping keep the household organized and well supplied.This position includes Unit 1 as a private, fully furnished on-site residence, along with the additional residential staff benefits described above.
